We offer complimentary delivery charges to UK and Europe.

UK deliveries 3–5 working days. Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

European orders are delivered within 7–14 working days.

Please Note: A CUSTOMS CHARGE OF £20 is added at checkout. All duties will be paid in advance prior to your delivery.

RETURNS

We want you to love your DONNASWIM piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, with all labels attached and in original packaging. As with all swimwear, pieces must be tried on over underwear.

RETURN SHIPPING

As we provide complimentary outbound shipping, return postage costs and any Customs Duties due are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@donnaswim.com and we will resolve it promptly. Please note that general wear and tear does not constitute a fault.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

All countries outside UK are subject to CUSTOMS duties. A flat rate of £20 is added at checkout. No further charges will be required on receipt of your order.

In the event the the order is rejected, not delivered or returned. It will be returned to DONNASWIM.
