We offer complimentary shipping on all UK orders, delivered within 3–5 working days. Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
International orders are delivered within 7–14 working days.
RETURNS
We want you to love your DONNASWIM piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, with all labels attached. As with all swimwear, pieces must be tried on over underwear.

RETURN SHIPPING
As we provide complimentary outbound shipping, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
FAULTY ITEMS
In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@donnaswim.com and we will resolve it promptly. Please note that general wear and tear does not constitute a fault.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
If a delivery is refused due to customs charges, a £25 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
CANCELLATIONS
You have the right to cancel your order at any time. As we typically dispatch within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible at info@donnaswim.com and we’ll do our best to help.
